I built a browser tool for Mendix user to make testing faster and easier.

I created a brand new customer portal where customers have full control over their fruit deliveries to the office, replacing the need to contact customer support to place or change an order. Drastically reducing the need for customer support and increasing the customer lifetime value.

I led the redesign of a comprehensive HR solution, focusing on improving both journeys of applying to a job application and the internal processing side.
